We really like the banana and peanut butter combinations. Particularly if they are inside a light, healthier cake that you can eat without a bit of conscience.
ingredients:
wet:
- 1 very ripe banana
- 2 large eggs
- 85 g of peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla aroma
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup
- 80 ml of oat or almond milk
dry:
- 120 g oatmeal, finer
- 40 g of oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Other:
- 1 banana, some lemon juice
- A couple tablespoons of peanut butter, some oatmeal and chia seeds, to decorate
Preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 190 ° C and prepare a 20x20 cm baking sheet. If you have silicone sheet, you do not need to grease or cover it with baking paper, and if you have a plain one, cover it with paper.
- Grind the banana well with a fork in a bowl. Add the remaining wet ingredients and mix and mix well with the foam.
- In the second bowl, mix the dry ingredients and add wet ones. Mix everything and pour into a baking dish.
- Slice the remaining banana into thin slices and place on top of the cake in a mold. If desired, sprinkle each slice with a few drops of lemon juice. Put in a preheated oven and bake for about 25-30 minutes (do a toothpick). Remove and let cool on the kitchen grid.
- If desired, garnish with peanut butter and sprinkle with some chia seeds and oatmeal. The cake is the best still lukewarm.
